You won't hear good 'ol #12 say this often, but why the hell did we have to win immunity? Don't get me wrong; I'm pretty happy to not have to vote anyone off. But there's one person on this team that just CAN NOT continue in this game, and that is Dave Ball (What?!?!). No, I didn't misspell Jerri, Fuhrer, or She-Devil, I meant what I said and I said what I meant. Dave fuckin' Ball would've left this tribal council had we lost. And you know why? 1) Does anyone dislike Dave? With Jerri around, there's always that loose cannon around that NOBODY wants to work with. Well if nobody else wants her, I'll scoop her up and use her. Sounds simple  In addition, Dave is supposed to be in this super alliance that includes some in my own alliances (i.e., Russel, Chicken). If i cut Dave off from them, I become more valuable in the long run for everybody. 2) In challenges, Jerri > Dave. I know through all her personal crap she spews on the boards it's hard to find Jerri's merits, but she actually kicks the crap out of some of these things. And if Jerri plays every challenge like it could be her last, that's someone valuable I want on my team. 3) Dave has been to Ubirr too much. Whether I like it or not, I have to consider anyone who has gone to Ubirr as a threat, particularly someone like Dave who has gone multiple times. Particularly if people in his alliances have gone, he might have enough info to get an idol already. Hell, he might be holding onto one as we speak. For all those reasons, Crazy Dave has been spared another week, where he'll prob get his lucky ass with a bunch of his pre-game alliance buddies at the tribe swap next round. But hell, what's a game without having to conquer some Dark Lords anyway  |
