Yeah that was my problem too, so I used the treadmill and it has a setting for 1 minute of walking and a minute of running and I think that really helped me get used to breathing right

The good thing for me is that my restaurant sells movie tickets to people who have dinner at the restaurant for $8.50. I can just buy it for that price from my restaurant whenever I want. Don't need to have the dinner part of it. So I just get my tickets from my work and save some $$$.

I think the original reason they wanted the vote to be you was cus of the zero you put up
but I reasoned with them that 1) your high post count shows you have done well in challenges
and 2) sophie was a bigger piece of the alliance (imo) and if we cut her we'd be easier to bring you in (which now obviously helps both of us since u don't have to feel bad about flipping)
