RULES
Behaviour and Conduct
- Through playing this game, you are agreeing to act in a mature manner. We are not baby sitters or parents who are going to intervene and help out in all your problems.
- Racism is not tolerated. I do understand in circumstances it can be used in a joking way and I am not a PC host that is gonna completely ban it. But beware, there is a fine line between a joke and offending someone so be careful.
- DO NOT make fighting personal. This is simply "too far" and talking about someones lifestyle choices is not allowed. If it is in a "joking way" and they are offended, we will side with them.
- Do not spam the boards pointlessly.
- Do not impersonate hosts, prediction writers or fellow contestants. This also includes using deceitful means to get information out of other players or about the game in general.
- Screenshotting of PMs or Conversations is allowed. However with regard to this remember the impersonation rule. You cannot impersonate someone to create a conversation then screenshot it.
- DO NOT CHEAT. In any challenge or in any form. This is a straight removal to pre-jury. No strikes or anything. Simple? Good.
- DO NOT breach ToS of Proboards. Now lets be honest, you haven't read them and I haven't read them either. But this is fairly basic and relates to rule 1. If a ToS is breached, the site can be potentially taken down. Do not make death threats, don't post porn etc. This is very simple and if we deem it bad enough, we will kick you out of the game.
- Under no circumstances can you receive information from a Prediction Writer. If you intentionally do so you will be banned regardless of how important it is. The PW will also be dealt with the same. If a Prediction Writer accidentally reveals something or tells you something you shouldn't know tell us IMMEDIATELY. If you hear of someone receiving information or anything related to that you are also obliged to tell us otherwise face the same punishment.
Breaching the above rules will result in one strike unless otherwise stated. For the entire game you have 3 strikes. As the saying goes, 3 strikes and you are out.
Challenges
- Will be advised at a minimum of 12 hours before the challenge, however typically the night before the challenge will occur at. Challenges will be posted almost at the exact time we say they will be however remember we have lives aswell! But we will try our best to keep deadlines we say.
- The rules for challenges are stated for a reason. If you do not understand, ASK. If not, do not even bother coming up to me saying you didn't realise something. If it was stated in the rules, I couldn't careless what you say. So READ them carefully.
- Challenge extensions. If you want an extension in excess of 30-60 minutes, ask pretty much within a few hours of us posting the challenge. If you ask too late, this is the same as life and you will be rejected. I couldn't care less if you are a bipolar Christian who sells porn :-p. It won't be changed. Extensions of only a few minutes are generally fine however if you don't ask (i.e you post late) and we miss it, this is your fault.
- Everything that occurs within the time period for the challenge. Edits outside of the challenge frame will void whatever occured in that post. (added 29/1/2012)
- I can't believe I have to add this but due to an incident in All Stars I will. Do challenges how they are expected to be done. Do not look for loopholes. If you clearly violate how the challenge is meant to be done, you will be DQ. Do not try to be clever. If in doubt, ask us first.

Inactives
We will remove inactives as they ruin the game. DO NOT give us the impression you will be inactive otherwise you will lose your spot in the game. Writing in your confessionals is a good way to show you are active.
Confessionals
- Remain active in your confessionals. Remember we will be have future All Star seasons (including Superstars) and unless you are highly entertaining on the boards or win the game, how are we suppose to know if you are a good player or not? Confessionals is how 
Self-Voting
-Two self votes in the entire game and you will be eliminated from the game. If you are on the jury, you could lose your jury spot.
Tribal Council
- Please use the parchment in the "Voting History" in your confessionals. ALL votes must be in your confessionals, PMed/IMed votes will not count except in extreme circumstances.
- In the event of a tie between two players, a revote will occur. This will occur as FAST AS POSSIBLE. In the event it ties again, the people involved in the tie will face a challenge (provided it is between two castaways). This challenge will either be from a list below. Early in the season you will post the order of your preferred TB. In the event that 3 or more people are tied, a revote will occur. Here is the list:
- Survivor Trivia - Live
- Endurance - Non-Live
- Posting (speed) - Non-Live
- Logic (Puzzle, Maze etc. Will be done on AIM) - Live
- Counting (counting a number of objects as quick as possible) - Live
- The amount of time you have to vote at Tribal Council will be stated at that tribal council. If NO time is stated, assume 24 hours. However typically TC's will be less than this to keep the game fast enough. If you miss the deadline for votes, your vote will not be accepted, regardless of the circumstance unless if you ask for a extension AND we grant it.
- If you wish to use HII it you must specify that you are using it with your vote. Further to this, if you wish to use any voting related prizes, they also must be stated with your prize. This will be detailed further in these prizes regardless.
- If you are going away or being on vacation please tell me before or leave a Bootlists in your confessionals.

Internet
- No shared IP addresses will be tolerated for ANY reason. I do not care for any excuse, if anyone at any point has an IP that matches another account, both will be removed.
- No proxy servers are allowed. Think we can't find them? Look at Capri. We will REMOVE you if you are caught. There is no excuse.

Additional Notes
- Our word is final. If you have a problem, you may ask but if the rules state something, regardless of what reason, we are unlikely to change our minds. Unless if it is a clear error on our behalf that has or will alter gameplay, there is no point asking.
- All twists are planned in advance, in fact the entire season has been planned in advance. However in the event of circumstances not going "according to plan" we may have to adapt. However no contestant will be favoured or aided by us or the Prediction Writers in any form. If you have a problem with this, please contact me.
- Just because it is not listed here, does not mean it is not against the rules. Use common sense. You can be removed for any reason we believe is worth removal.
