Russell and I pounded out that KOI Competition and he beat me because of a mistake I made! UGhhhh. I wanted to be the one to send JT or his boy lex home, but I guess it worked out for the best since they both survived.
JT had a necklace and then gave Lex an idol? yuck. Forced Fabio to leave...lol. Yul was not put up by Russ because we thought we still had a decent relationship with him and did not want to ruffle any of his feathers.
Moving on to the "merge". Jury! So awesome. In a game this large, it was really what I was pushing for. Getting to this stage is an accomplishment for me (even more so since I have not been in an online game in years).
Then the DMI people return...and we split into tribes. My first reaction was "oh crap" at the possibility of not being on a good tribe and at the fact that bob dawg was one of the returnees. I had a hand in him leaving this game.
Fast Forward to finding out the tribe: and I am with Russ, Ralph, and Erik. 3 people I was aligned with when I was on Burrunguy. Perfect that is the majority right there and we finally have a chance to take out JT!!! We get Silas on board and plan to split the vote between JT and John...just in case. A little off topic but Ralph snaked me out of an IC win. that son of a bitch! anyway, JT plays a necklace this morning and I'm scrambling hoping he does not have another hidden idol to hand over to john...that would have really sucked.
Then the announcement comes that JT had some inside info from the one PW. Really sucks that people do stuff like that. I said this to the host:
" its just tough, you want to make it fun and everything and you put your faith into some people
and someone always seems to let ya down
whether is something like this or someone in real life
it just sucks
it's not your fault at all"
Just sucks. I'm not complaining since it was JT who went and that is who I wanted to get out for the past few rounds, I'm just disappointed in the actions of some people.
Either way, JT is gone, no vote, and the other tribe is voting out someone. Back to the final 12, with 2 jury members (not sure how this is being handled with JT, maybe I missed it).
If we merge the ideal situation is: Me Russ Ralph Silas Erik Gary and Ami take out the others. The only person I would consider bringing into the group would be Yul and an extra number to further myself. I don't want to think too far ahead...but that group of 7 right there will be in the final 12 because of Ami and Gary having individual immunity. Banking on a merge.
If not, and it is tribe v tribe next round: It may be beneficial to lose to save ami and gary and vote out john.
If it is both tribes voting again with individual immunity: Beat john, vote him out. Otherwise things will get hairy and I have a feeling Erik may not be happy with the outcome -_-
